Moira McAndrew started her career as an immigration consultant with a U.S. law firm in Paris in 1996 where she created an immigration department specializing in applications for work authorization, visas, resident permits and related matters. Moira is a U.K. national who has lived and worked in France for 35 years. Moira studied in France and held various administrative positions before putting her administrative expertise to use to assist employers and individuals to navigate the complex French immigration and administrative procedures. Aside from her knowledge and expertise, she is thanked by many clients for her serious emphasis on soup-to-nuts service and hand-holding through the trying process of gaining legal entry to France to live and work. As a long-term resident of France, Moira has worked in various fields and gained invaluable experience, both professional and personal as an expat raising her family in France, and lectures in the expat community on the administrative aspects of working and living in France.
Caroline Vuillard, a French national, joined VIP Resources shortly after its creation. Caroline is fully bilingual having taken her university studies in English to Master level. Caroline has herself experienced being an expat when she lived and worked in Canada.
Mairead MacDonald, has dual nationality (Canadian and British) and comes from the Isle of Skye. Mairead completed a Masters program in French and Social Geography at the University of Glasgow before moving to France in 2010. In 2011, after working for one year for the prestigious HEC business school, Mairead joined the VIP Resources team.
